LifeDream Train the Trainer Programme
We delivered our Train-the-Trainer Programme twice with charity staff in Berlin. First we trained their senior management and then to their vocational trainer and social pedagogues. In total we trained 30 people. As we work very close with Kids & Co we felt that it would make our cooperation so much easier. We already felt it made a very good impact on our teamwork on both sides.
